Step 1
Your browser might warn you about downloading an executable file,
so make sure you do not reject the file.
Step 2
Double-Click the 
file you just downloaded,
click the 
button, and choose any place you like.
Just make sure all folder names in the path you choose do not contain any blank spaces.
then click the 
button to begin extracting its contents.
This should take anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes to complete.
Step 3
Open up the ULAFF folder you just extracted,
Right-Click the 
executable, then choose Create a Shortcut,
and place it anywhere you like.
